The following positions are available:

Maintenace Parts Clerk

This person will provide administrative support to the Maintenance department such as ordering supplies/parts, negotiates prices with different vendors, maintain inventory of parts, etc.

Grinding Manager

This person is responsible for planning the daily production schedule of up to 300,000 pounds per day, manage a margin on multiple grinding systems, and supervise a staff of 8 employees. Ideal candidates should have experience on: RMF Grinding Systems, Weiler Grinders, Input Fat Testing, Cores Sampling, and be bilingual in Spanish. We offer competitive wages and benefits.

Must have a BS degree in Food Science or technology and five years experience. Thorough knowledge of HACCP,SSOP,Allergins and GMP procedures and implementation. Knowledge of food safety, lab operations, testing, microbiology as applicable to the meat industry. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus!

Driver CDL Class A

Outstanding oportunity for a Local Driver Needed! Day Shift with all the benefits!. Must be quick learner and able to lift a repeatable 50 lbs cases. Please respond only if able to pass drug screen and MVR check. Pay depends upon experience. Must be very responsible and be flexible.

Maintenance Tech

This person must have pneumatic, hydraulic, and strong electrical skills, must be motivated and self starter. The salary range for this position is $15.00-22.00. Show us your expertise!
